The company expects the completion of Falcon Island will take around 2 years. The modern residential villa complex will provide a safe neighbourhood ideal for private living and vacations.

Wynn Resorts - Al Marjan Project

We think this is one of the biggest game-changers in real estate that is about to happen. The American (Los Angeles based) casino developer Wynn Resorts announced that they are planning to develop a multi-billion dollar resort on the Al Marjan Island in RAK.

Under Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Government has brought forward various development plans to boost its real estate sector, including infrastructure and residential complexes.
